The gourmet kitchen opens to a full 14 foot sweeping bar with mini-fridge, electric wine cellar, Keggerator and sink. It opens to a spectacular great room, with big screen TV and large fireplace.

There is a two-car garage with washer/dryer.

The home is on one quarter acre of land and has a huge fenced in back yard and large deck, perfect for barbecues and pets in the summer and snow play for kids in winter.

One of our historic shipwrecks contained a fine collection of Colombian Emeralds once owned by Montezuma and Conquistador Hernan Cortes. NONE of these stones has been artificially treated or enhanced in any way - they are natural 'Old Mine' emeralds representing some of the most rare stones available.
